📦 Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are made to order and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom-made orders may take slightly longer to process depending on the product — typically shipping within 7 business days.
We currently ship to Japan, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only. Orders from other countries or regions will not be accepted.
🇺🇸 Shipping Within the USA
We ship via USPS with tracking included. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Express Overnight: 1 business day
📍 Alaska & Hawaii: Delivery times may be slightly longer (4–7 business days with First Class).

🇯🇵 Shipping to Japan
We are happy to offer international shipping to Japan. All orders are shipped with reliable international carriers (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx) and include tracking.
Estimated delivery times to Japan:

📦 Customs & Import Fees:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches Japan. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on possible fees before placing an order.
📍 Customs Delays:
While most packages arrive within the estimated time frame, international deliveries can sometimes be delayed by customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
📦 Multiple Items & Combined Shipping
We combine shipping for multiple items purchased in one order whenever possible.
🏠 Address Information
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and includes all necessary details (e.g., apartment, unit, suite, or PO box).

📬 Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs after confirming the correct address.

📦 Returned Packages: If an item is returned as undeliverable, we can re-ship it at the buyer’s expense once a new address is provided.
📫 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or lost packages. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise passes to you when the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
If your package has not arrived within two weeks of the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
