Exchanges & Refunds

All Momomelo products are made to order and printed just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your order arrives defective or incorrect.

We currently ship to Japan, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only. Orders from other countries or regions will not be accepted.

🛠️ If Your Order Is Incorrect or Damaged

If the product you receive is significantly different from what you ordered, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement:

We will reprint the incorrect item(s) for you. If we’re unable to correct the issue, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size, design, color, or spelling selected by the customer

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items marked as final sale

Please review your order carefully — including spelling, names, dates, and sizing — before checkout.

💳 Refunds & Fees

If a refund is issued, any applicable transaction or payment processing fees (typically up to 3%) are non-refundable.
Unauthorized returns or items returned not in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging) will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

📏 Sizing Information

Sizing varies by manufacturer and style. Please refer to our size charts and product specs to ensure the best fit. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own.
